General

Wisebee is an online video meeting platform that allows you to schedule appointments, meet your customers and accept payments, all in one place.

Online scheduling software

As the consultant/host, set your availability and the types of bookings you want to accept, share your booking link and enjoy simple, hassle-free scheduling. No more back-and-forth trying to find a suitable meeting time, your customers can book around your availability.

If the meeting is a paid session, the customer will need to enter their card details when booking, which will authorise the amount on their card. Payment is only taken from their card once the session is complete.

Built-in video calls

Just before the call, your customer will receive a link (email & SMS) to join the video call. They can join this in their browser from any device (desktop, mobile or tablet) without needing to download any other apps.

Integrated payments

Once the session is complete, payment will be taken from the customers card if it was a paid appointment. Payments are viewed and managed in your dashboard, alongside your regular Payouts where you can see when and how much you will receive paid out from your Wisebee account.

Currently, all sessions are booked one-to-one, however, guests can be invited to join a session too. This can be helpful if you want to include a partner/colleague to assist in the consultation or your customer would like someone else to join with them.

During an online session you can share messages and files through the online chat. You can also share your screen with your customer – helpful for showing a presentation, interactive whiteboard, videos etc.

All Wisebee calls take place in your browser using built-in video call software. You can access Wisebee on any device, so there’s no need to download any additional apps!

Desktop

We recommend that you use the latest version of Chrome for all Wisebee calls and streams. You can get it here.

We also support Safari on Mac, and Microsoft Edge on Windows. Make sure that it’s upgraded to the latest version.

Mobile

Use Chrome on your Android phone. On iOS, we recommend Safari or Chrome. While it’s possible to host meetings from your phone, you may find it easier using a computer or tablet as you’ll have a more screen space.

For individual consultants/hosts, the Wisebee Pro account is currently free to use with no monthly subscription fee!

For teams of consultants, Wisebee Team pricing varies depending on your team size, from as little as £5.30/month per user.

For both accounts, a 5% transaction fee is charged on any paid appointments, nothing else. Free appointments are just that – free!

Yes you can! You can sync your availability with either a Google calendar or Outlook calendar, and your availability will update to ensure you’re never double-booked. You can also choose to sync your Wisebee bookings to your Google or Outlook calendar so they appear alongside your other events – keeping everything in one place.

Nope. You can host video calls for however long you need!

Yes, you can! You can make private notes in each session, which on you can see. You can also create documents within the consultation panel which can then be (optionally) automatically sent to the customer at the end of the call. These documents could be casual session summary notes or a more formal action plan/proposal if that’s what your customer needs. You can also create document templates to quickly reuse the same structure and format on future calls.

Yes! You can create questionnaires for your customer to fill in when they book an appointment. These questionnaires can be customised to your needs and contain as many questions as you like, with all different question formats available – e.g. text fields, multiple-choice, multi-select, etc.

As payment is only taken from the customer’s card once the online meeting is complete, this should hopefully be a very rare occasion. However when necessary, this can be done easily from the payment screen in your account.

We are committed to developing the Wisebee platform to be as useful as possible for you and your business. If there are any features you would like to see on the platform, please get in touch and we will let you know if this is currently on our roadmap or might be added in the near future.

Pro accounts

With your Wisebee account you’ll have a profile link that you can share with anyone you want to access your list of available appointment types and availability. We recommend adding this as your ‘link in bio’ on your social media accounts and anywhere you interact with your customers (on your website or email marketing).

In order to receive payouts from Wisebee, you’ll need to create a Stripe express account. Don’t worry, this is a simple process and we’ll guide you through it from your dashboard.

Once a payment from a paid booking has cleared (this can take 1-3 working days), this payment will display within Payouts on your dashboard. Payouts are automatically processed and paid into your Stripe account every week. Payment that haven’t yet cleared will appear in the following week’s payout. If you need to receive your payout quicker, you can request an Instant Payout for this.

You will receive 95% of the revenue from your earnings. We apply a 5% transaction and payment processing fee to payments made on Wisebee, but we don’t take any additional commission.

Team accounts

Our Team account currently allows up to 50 team members. If you need more than this, get in touch to talk about an Enterprise solution.

Yes, you can. When setting up your team’s Wisebee account, you can add your company’s logo which will display on the booking widget, the consultation widget (video calls) and on all email communication. Further brand customisation is available on our Wisebee Enterprise account.

In order to receive payouts from Wisebee, you’ll need to create a Stripe express account for your company. Don’t worry, this is a simple process and we’ll guide you through it from your dashboard.

Yes! This is a feature of our Enterprise account. It allows your consultants to earn directly from paid video appointments. This can be useful for offering your team some commission on bookings, or can also enable you to create a marketplace of consultants – where each earns a large % of each booking, while you receive commission on all appointments. There are a variety of settings available for you to create a bespoke solution that fits your need, get in touch today to discuss this with our team.

Customers

When booking a paid appointment, you’ll be asked to enter your card details. Wisebee then authorises the set amount on your card, but payment is not actually taken, simply reserved. After your video call, once the meeting is set to complete, payment will be taken from your card.
